First Liberty Live!
In my 35 years in the fight for faith and freedom, I can honestly say
that First Liberty has never had a week busier than last week!
We had some major wins come through by God's grace, as well as
some disappointing setbacks.
To give you the full rundown on all of last week's decisions,
I've asked First Liberty's Chief Legal Officer Jeff Mateer
to explain what happened and what the outcomes in these cases mean for
you and our clients.

Thanks to your support, we won four critical victories:
* The Knights of Columbus were able to hold their Memorial Day
mass at the Poplar Grove National Cemetery in Petersburg,
Virginia on Monday.
* The organization WallBuilders won the right to run their ads in
Washington, D.C. on Washington Metropolitan Area Transit
Authority buses.
* Nurse practitioner Robyn Strader reached a settlement with CVS
for firing her for holding to her religious beliefs.
* And the Christian ministry HaYovel was able overcome the violent
threats and hold their first ever Israel Summit in Nashville,
TN.
We could not have won these victories without your help! Thank you for
supporting us as we fight for people of faith across the country.
The setbacks we witnessed were difficult, but not the end of the road
for our clients.
Flight attendant Lacey Smith, who is facing off against the woke
corporation Alaska Airlines, saw a loss in Seattle, Washington. Fire
Chief Ron Hittle was also handed a loss in California.
We know that each of these setbacks is a huge opportunity to win even
bigger decisions for faith and freedom.
That's why we will continue to fight for Lacey and Ron by
appealing these decisions.
But to win each of these battles, we need your financial support now
more than ever.
That's why I'm asking you to step up with your best gift
so we can fight and win for Lacey and Ron.
We won't stop fighting until we see both of these faithful clients to
victory.
Will you join First Liberty in the fight to restore religious liberty
for Lacey and Ron?
