The redwood forests deserve entryways worthy of their soul-stirring grandeur. But for years, visitors to some of the most awe-inspiring forests in Humboldt County were greeted by an asphalt-covered, sawmill-scarred landscape.
Now, we have an exciting opportunity. After years of work with our partners, we're breaking ground on a new Redwoods Gateway called ‘O Rew, the Yurok name for the site – and we need your help to make this vision a reality.

- A welcoming, world-class gateway to Redwood National Park – including an expanded network of hiking trails.
- A bold vision for restored Indigenous Land Stewardship. This project will return guardianship of this land to the Yurok Tribe – its original stewards.
- Engaging interpretive displays highlighting the Yurok Tribe’s history and living culture, as well as the natural wonders of the redwood forest.
