Update Your Organization's Information on Our Interactive Map of CLTs and SEH Programs!

Hey Grounded Solutions Network Community,

As you may already know, in Winter 2023/24 our team officially transformed the 2022 Census of Community Land Trusts and Nonprofits with Shared Equity Homeownership Programs into an interactive map that displays the national population of Community Land Trusts (CLT) and Nonprofits with Shared Equity Homeownership (SEH) programs, including key characteristics for each entity.

This spring, we officially completed our first round of updates where we added over 11 new programs and service areas and made updates to 12 existing organizations. Now, the map shows 571 more shared equity homeownership units and 2,723 more rental units! This series of updates compliments the robust dataset in place and allows our team to continue providing a reliable overview of the field.

Since the launch of the map, we've also created an official tutorial to help get you familiarized with the map and all of its features.
