Friends, it’s nearly the end of the month, which means it’s that time again when my campaign team is watching our budget closely to make sure we’re on track toward our goals.

November may still seem far away (summer has barely started!), but here’s the thing we all have to remember: Campaigns are won or lost well before Election Day.
If a candidate doesn’t have the resources to talk to voters, persuade them, and turn them out to the polls, it can be nearly impossible to secure a victory once the other side starts spending money.
And the other side will start spending money – that much Democrats can always count on.
In my case, the “other side” is an extreme, anti-abortion MAGA Republican who thinks climate change is a hoax and wants to ban same-sex marriage.
So we can’t risk giving him the upper hand even for a moment.
