Over the past few weeks, our team has worked around the clock to ensure all our programs — especially our phone, text, and chat crisis services — could continue during a time of global crisis. Our volunteers, for the first time ever, are fully remote supporting LGBTQ youth. It took a lot of work to become an entirely remote operation without disruption to our services, while expanding to make sure we can connect with more young people who need support.

Our volunteers are the first point of contact for these calls, chats, and texts. They directly support LGBTQ youth and save young lives every single day. During this uncertain, and frankly scary, time, we need our volunteers to know how appreciated and loved they are.
