A liberal Democrat lobbyist who is supporting Mike Kehoe for Governor has filed an ethics complaint against me.

Are you surprised? I’m not, this is what Democrats do now - use the law to attack their political opponents. This complaint is frivolous and misleading, for practices expressly allowed by Missouri law.

When the liberal Secretaries of State in Colorado and Maine used lawfare to kick Donald Trump off the ballot, I led a coalition of eleven Secretaries of State with an amicus brief in the U.S. Supreme Court, helping restore the former president to the ballot.

Liberals were so angry about my efforts that they “swatted” my home, while my wife and children were in the house. Fortunately, no one was injured. But my family was terrified.

But it’s nothing new. Since I announced my candidacy for Governor:

• I’ve been sued by Americans for Civil Liberties over my efforts to protect the unborn.

• Sued by Wall Street bankers because I want to protect investors from woke money managers use their retirements for ESG.

• A complaint was filed with the State Bar Association trying to take away my law license.

Their tactics will not intimidate me and I will continue to fight the liberals who are trying to destroy our country.

But I want to send them a message: We Will Not Back Down.
