Hi there John,
There’s never been a better time to swing for the fences and support re:power’s winning team! We’re in the business of creating progressive champions and our course participants agree: there’s no training like Spring Training. That’s why we’re working hard to raise $100,000 for our programs this year. We’re committed to providing BIPOC movement leaders with the skills necessary to represent their communities and make their voices heard. We’ll need all hands on deck to make it happen and that includes you, John!

We asked Movement Building Champion Thanh Tran to tell us how re:power training has strengthened his team’s championship mindset and this is what he had to share:
[[link removed]] “Re:power’s coaching training is something I continue to come back to as an organizer but also as a father and an uncle. The same way I was mentored by re:power, it is necessary that I mentor others to build a leader-full movement. We cannot shift a culture alone. Working with newer staff and interns at my organization who are growing in their advocacy, the coaching training I received taught me to ask questions and teach through dialogue. To be the sunlight that encourages the seed of thought to blossom. To draw out and not simply dump information. This practice has also influenced the way I parent and show up for the people I love. Thank you re:power!”
- Thanh Tran, re:power Movement Building Champion
A champion is only as strong as their training and re:power is dedicated to offering high caliber programming that enables progressives across the country to step up to the plate. Are you ready to go to bat for champions like Thanh, John? Give today and help BIPOC changemakers bring power back to their people in November.
