Republicans are scrambling. They've been pouring shocking amounts of money into
next week's special election in Pennsylvania -- but Democrat Conor Lamb is still
neck-and-neck with his opponent.

Conor can win this race, Samuel -- and if he does, it would be a legitimately shocking upset
in a deep-red congressional district. But right now he's being badly outspent, and needs
