Hello there,
The conservative-dominated Supreme Court issued a ruling last Monday to block Wisconsin voters from a deadline extension for returning absentee ballots. In response, Ruth Bader Ginsburg issued a strong dissent. She was polite enough to her colleagues but tough on their decision, living up to her quote, "You can disagree without being disagreeable." Yet her stance was clear: extraordinary elections call for commonsense voter assistance, and it's mind-boggling that Republicans are simply unwilling to provide it.
Conservatives now control the Supreme Court. It's no surprise that Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch fell in line -- Trump nominated them both, a GOP Senate majority led by Mitch McConnell confirmed them both, and now they both serve lifetime terms.
In other words, their commitment to party over country makes them the exact opposite of RBG. But since Justice Ginsburg is the minority, we need to know:
Do you approve of Ruth Bader Ginsberg?
