Hi John — we got some bad news:

The GOP’s main super PAC for House races is poised to plow serious cash into California. They are already committing $30,000,000 to flip U.S. House seats right here in California.

This is not the news that we wanted right before our critical End of Month deadline on May 31st. We can’t raise $30,000,000 in the blink of an eye, but we are hoping that grassroots donors will help us make up extra ground. Will you pitch in $15 or $35? It will make a huge difference!

And even though our team at the California Democratic Party is working to hire, mobilize, and organize earlier than ever — when Republicans drop $30,000,000 of dark money in our state, it sets us back.

We aren’t expecting this single email to raise $30,000,000 and close this new gap (we wish!) but through grassroots donations of $15 or $35, we can fight back by growing our mobilization programs to knock on more doors, make more phone calls, and show up at more events.
