John – Last week the House Agriculture Committee held a markup and passed a Farm Bill containing many harmful provisions.

House Republicans simply have not been honest brokers on this committee, and their partisan tactics may lead to an embarrassing loss on the House floor.

They want to CUT conservation funding and CUT the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program by the largest level in thirty years.

I know the experience firsthand of being a single mother raising small children. If these MAGA Republicans are so bent on a fight to deprive hungry women, children, seniors, and even veterans of food, a fight is what they will have.
