[1]NNU - Medicare for All!



This year, we’re conducting a national health care survey to give people
across the United States the opportunity to share their experiences with
our broken health care system, and to help us gauge the current level of
public support for Medicare for All.

We plan to use the results of these conversations to show our elected
officials that health care should be a top priority this election cycle,
and to send a message to politicians in Washington, D.C: listen to your
constituents, not the corporate health care industry!

We’ve set a goal of reaching 500 completed survey responses by July 19th,
but in order to do that, we need your help!

survey — we’ll send you a guide with detailed instructions, and you’ll be
entered in our contest. Whoever gets the most people to complete the
survey will win prizes!

The contest will close at 11:59 pm PT on Friday, July 19th, so there’s no
time to waste! This is an easy but important way to ensure we generate as
many survey responses as possible and build our nationwide movement for
