Today, we’re launching our Summer Equipment Drive and setting an ambitious goal of raising $25,000 to help ensure every one of our athletes has the equipment they need to play, compete, and win. Athletes with intellectual disabilities (ID) train year-round for moments to shine on the field. Competing in their State Summer Games is one incredible chance for them to flex their skills and forge lifelong bonds with fellow athletes, volunteers, and fans. For many athletes with ID, this summer could be the FIRST time they’ve ever been given a chance to compete.
