Team – First, I wanted to thank those of you who signed on to support our work to destigmatize mental health and substance use disorder. It’s heartening to know that you stand with me on an issue that’s so personal to my family.

And moving back to the campaign front, my team and I have set a polling meeting for next week to strategize around our budget and how to best use our resources through the summer.

That’s why, before May’s end-of-month deadline, I’m setting a goal to raise an additional $10,000 for our polling and outreach fund. Can I ask – only if you’re able – that you consider a donation of $25 in support of our polling fund today?

With another close election expected this November, we need to meet our budget goals so we can best communicate with voters. From fulfilling printing orders to getting polling in the field, from determining the right mass communications strategy to placing media buys – we need to ensure we’re ready to reach all the critically important voters here in the Philly suburbs.

Pennsylvania is a top battleground, so we’re already seeing money flood into both our state and region. That’s why, before the cycle gets even more chaotic, we need polling in hand to best understand the electoral climate. How are folks feeling about another Biden-Trump rematch? What are their top priorities? How many independents might sit this election out?

Understanding these questions will help us deliver a blue wave to Pennsylvania this November – particularly by knowing which voters we must connect with. So again, only if you’re able, will you consider chipping into our polling budget before the end of May?
