Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding Rocky Mountain Power?s (RMP or the Company) request for approval of its baseline standards for electric reliability pursuant to Wyoming Statute ?37-18-101 et seq. The public hearing is set to commence on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission?s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

May 24, 2024 ? Docket No. 30013-408-GP-24 (Record No. 17540) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. to pass on a decrease of $0.449 per dekatherm (Dth) for residential and firm general customers and small and large interruptible customers, and a decrease of $0.436 per Dth for seasonal customers, effective on and after May 1, 2024, subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

Docket Nos. 70000-1771-TK-24 and 70027-108-TK-24 (Record No. 17583) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice that Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink QC) filed an amended Interconnection Agreement (Agreement) with MCImetro Access Transmission Services (MCImetro), for the State of Wyoming, and requests Commission approval pursuant to the provisions of 47 U.S.C. ? 252(e)(1) of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The parties filed the Cageless Collocation Bay Procurement Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement on May 17, 2024.
