Honoring Environmental Champs! The NC League of Conservation Voters (NCLCV) last week honored environmental champion legislators of the year at its annual Green Tie Awards. NCLCV honored Rep. Pricey Harrison with its highest award, Defender of the Environment, as well as Sen. Graig Meyer (Senator of the Year), Rep. John Autry (Representative of the Year), and 15 Rising Star legislators. NC Attorney General Josh Stein, NCLCV’s endorsed candidate for Governor of North Carolina, delivered the keynote address.
