I’ve noticed something about all the groups who are trying to defeat me.

My opponent, the Kansas GOP, National Republican super PACs — they’re all acting as though they expect me to run away from my record.

Well, I have news for them: I am PROUDLY running on that record. I’ll be talking about it every single day, with every voter I can reach in the next five months.

I’ll be talking about how I worked with Republicans and Democrats to pass bipartisan legislation to reduce gun violence, fund vital transportation projects across Kansas, expand broadband access, and help farmers and ranchers.

I’ll be talking about how I helped lower prescription drug costs for seniors, pass the most ambitious legislation in our history to tackle climate change, and create good-paying, clean-energy jobs right here in our district.

I’ll be talking about how proud I am to stand up for abortion rights and defend against assaults on our democracy.

And I’ll be contrasting all of that with what the last Kansas GOP platform calls for: banning abortion, ripping away marriage equality, and denying people access to health care.
