Our Social Security system has survived world wars, financial crashes, and a global pandemic.

When George W. Bush tried to privatize it, generations of Americans rose up to stop him.

When Donald Trump tried to end Social Security’s dedicated funding, his opponent got more votes than any presidential candidate in history.

Social Security needs some tweaks sometimes―and when it does, Wall Street-funded politicians like to come out of the woodwork to try to scrap the whole system.

If we don’t act by 2035―Social Security’s 100th anniversary―Social Security benefits will be automatically cut by 17%.

Joe Biden’s answer is to fill that gap by making millionaires and billionaires pay their fair share and increase benefits across the board.

Donald Trump and the Republican Party’s plan is to make those cuts deeper, and happen sooner.
