[[link removed]]John xxxxxx, I’m Oliver Ryan, Labour’s Parliamentary Candidate
for Burnley.

I’m reaching out in between campaign sessions on behalf of all my fellow Labour
candidates because I need to ask a favour of you today. Yes, this is a
fundraising ask, and I wish I didn’t have to make it.

But funds make or break a general election campaign, so I hope you'll hear me
out, because I'm putting my absolute all into this, day in, day out.

If you already understand what’s at stake and are ready to give, you can use
this link to make a contribution.

The truth is, I don’t like asking people to contribute. I hear every day on the
doorstep about the challenges families are facing - especially after the Tories
have wrecked our country. But I also know the Tories are raising an absurd amount of money to try to
defeat Labour. They outraised us by millions of pounds in 2023 alone, and they nearly doubled
the campaign spending caps because they know that’s where their advantage lies.

So Labour can’t afford to let up. It would be a huge risk to sit back and let
them outspend us by tens of millions. We have to be able to keep up.

And unlike the Tories, grassroots support from people like you is critical to
our campaigns. Small donations are a huge part of Labour’s organising budget.

Myself and lots of other Labour candidates are running in marginal
constituencies where the result could come down to a handful of votes - and your
donation could be the difference between five more years of Tory chaos or change
with Labour.

So this requires that we lean on you a bit more. If you believe that we need
change — and a government that puts working people first, then I am asking you
to stand with us today:

Make a contribution of £3 or any amount that works for you today to help Labour
win. Please know I only ask because your support is truly important to winning
this election. I speak for every Labour candidate when I say there’s no way any
of us can take on the challenges we face alone.

DONATE £3

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

I know people cannot give every time Labour asks, and none of us expect that.
But if people can consider giving just a little bit when it makes sense for
their budget, that would mean the world to us.

Thank you,

Oliver Ryan
Labour’s Parliamentary Candidate for Burnley
