Mitch McConnell may be evil (he is), but he’s not stupid.

McConnell told Politico this month in an interview about 2024 Senate races, "It's important to continue to say you want 51. There’s nothing wrong with getting more, but 51 gives you control. And I think that's going to be really important, no matter who's elected president."

Then he spelled out his top targets in his fight to put the Senate back in the clutches of Republican extremists and Trump allies: "We know where we’re going to play for sure right now: Montana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland.”

Don’t let McConnell do it. Abortion rights, Social Security, and our democracy overall are at stake.
