The ZOA Online Book Club is a new and engaging antidote to physical distancing. We had a terrific first meeting last week, thanks to author Ben Weingarten and everyone who attended (over 150 people)! We hope you can attend our next meeting. We are so honored and fortunate to have esteemed authors joining us to speak about their books for each of our next four meetings. All are welcome, whether or not you have read the book!
Today, April 13 at 1 p.m. EDT, the ZOA Online Book Club will feature author Rabbi Moshe Weisblum, speaking about his book, “Ruth Talk: Questions and Answers on the Book of Ruth” – a book which touches on themes such as humility, choice, and much more. Rabbi Weisblum’s book can be purchased on Amazon, or an autographed copy can be purchased from the author by contacting [email protected].
Dates to be announced soon for these future ZOA Online Book Club Meetings:
ZOA Book Club meeting #3 - featuring author and former Princeton Professor Farrell Bloch, speaking about his book, Identity and Prejudice, which examines identity politics, racial and ethnic bias, and anti-Israel prejudice, etc.
ZOA Book Club meeting #4 - featuring author and psychiatrist Dr. Kenneth Levin, speaking about his classic 2005 book, “The Oslo Syndrome: Delusions of a People Under Seige,” which explores the historical and psychological phenomenon of Jews reacting to persistent abuse by granting life-threatening concessions to the Jewish people’s enemies.
All are welcome, whether or not you've read the book. Books can be purchased from Amazon.
Please feel free to send [email protected] your ideas for books to be discussed at future meetings.

About the ZOA
Founded in 1897, ZOA played a key role in the Jewish State's re-establishment. Today, ZOA is the leading major American Jewish organization courageously defending Israel and the Jewish people; fighting against all forms of antisemitism, including anti-Jewish boycotts; and promoting the Jewish people's lawful right to live in and settle historic Jewish lands. ZOA exposes that a Palestinian state would endanger Israel's existence; presents the facts about the Arab/Islamic war against Israel; and combats the anti-Israel lie that Israel is an "occupier" of her own land. ZOA spearheaded long battles to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, and apply civil rights protections to Jewish students. ZOA provides free legal assistance and programs to pro-Israel students at numerous college campuses. ZOA's bold, unapologetic voice has a significant impact on public discourse and policy.
