Unbelievable, friend.
We thought Monsanto couldn’t sink any lower, but now they’re trying to wriggle their way out of paying millions of dollars in damages to a cancer victim.
Monsanto is trying to use the EPA’s faulty risk assessment of glyphosate to overturn a jury’s finding that Roundup caused cancer in a California man.
But EWG won’t stand for it. Our staff attorneys have filed a brief with the court exposing the fact that the EPA ignored independent scientific evidence linking glyphosate to cancer and instead relied on research funded by Monsanto to conclude that glyphosate is safe!
We can’t stand by and let Monsanto-Bayer use the EPA’s crooked ruling to take away millions from cancer victims. Will you add your name to help us reach 50,000 signatures to stop Monsanto?

Scientists have been ringing alarm bells on glyphosate for years, but Monsanto has ignored warnings and tried to cover up any evidence linking glyphosate to cancer.
* The International Agency for Research on Cancer found that glyphosate is a probable human carcinogen.
* California state scientists added glyphosate to the state’s Proposition 65 list of chemicals known to cause cancer.
* Internal government emails show the EPA tried to slow a safety review of glyphosate at the request of Monsanto.
Now more than 42,000 cancer victims and their families are suing Monsanto for glyphosate’s role in causing their cancer. Monsanto has already been ordered to pay millions in damages. It’s time for Monsanto to face the facts and pay for the damage they’ve caused.
