John,

Planned Parenthood is losing. It’s being shut down.

A Federal Appeals Court has agreed with our amicus brief that Planned Parenthood isn’t above the law.

During this Coronavirus pandemic, Planned Parenthood thinks killing babies through abortion is more important than battling the Coronavirus. It’s demented.

It’s filing lawsuits demanding it be allowed to keep doing elective abortions even as states are halting ALL elective procedures. This isn’t surprising because Planned Parenthood is used to playing by a different set of rules.

That. Ends. NOW.

At the ACLJ, we’re mobilizing nationwide, filing multiple emergency amicus briefs to shut down Planned Parenthood and save lives.

Now we’re preparing to file an EMERGENCY brief at the Supreme Court if Planned Parenthood tries to have this ruling OVERTURNED. And TODAY is a critical hearing in the trial court.

Even in the midst of this crisis, we can defeat Planned Parenthood and save countless lives. We need you to take action with us right now.

Sign Our Petition: Shut Down Planned Parenthood & Abortion.
