As an Air Force veteran, Don Davis served our country with honor. During his active-duty service, Don served as a mortuary affairs officer at Andrews Air Force Base. Unfortunately, he saw too closely the sacrifices that come with military service.
Often Don was responsible for placing the last uniform and ribbons on our fallen. As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day weekend, let us never forget those who sacrificed their lives for our country.
Let us pause to pay special tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. We pray your Memorial Day is meaningful.
