- There have been some changes made to the Covid-19 Scenarios and Benefits Available PDF. Look at the PDF in the link above, and then find more information on how to apply for benefits at NJ.Gov/Labor
- The CDC and the State of New Jersey are both now asking everyone to wear a mask when in social situations. Social distancing is still in effect, but the mask should be worn for when you have no choice but to go out, such as for food or medications
Here are some resources for how to make your own mask at home including a basic mask that you can sew, or if you don't have elastic, a mask with fabric ties. If you can't sew at all, here's a mask you can make with no sewing. Material from pillow cases or thick tee shirts are both good for this. Whatever you use, it should be tightly woven (no obvious holes) and washable. Do not touch the mask or your face when out in public and put it in your laundry when you get home, washing your hands immediately after.
