Self-Care for Care Providers and Your Patients in These Uncertain Times

Wednesday, April 15 | noon-1 p.m. Central

Providing behavioral health care can be challenging under the best of circumstances. When the world around us seems to be falling apart, is our own self-care at risk? How do we offer good counsel when our clients look to us for answers we may not have? Join Quyen Ngo, PhD, and Kate Gliske, PhD, of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation Butler Center for Research for this webinar. We will take a closer look at the impact of stress and uncertainty on the brain and nervous system, why this is of particular importance for clients who struggle with substance use disorders, and practical coping skills to support daily functioning and well-being.

Objectives
