Today, we’re honoring and remembering all the brave servicemembers who’ve made incredible sacrifices in service to our nation. This day serves as a powerful reminder of their courage and selflessness.
For many of us, today is a day to think of our grandparents, parents, siblings, and friends who have served our country over the years. Their sacrifice is a testament to the enduring spirit of American altruism.
As Democrats, we believe that our nation is strongest when we stand united, when we lift each other up, and when we strive to create a better and more inclusive union for all.
This Memorial Day, join us in taking a moment to reflect on the sacrifice of those who serve, in expressing gratitude to the families who have lost loved ones in service to our country, and in recommitting ourselves to the work of building a just and inclusive country worthy of their sacrifice.
