Friend,

As our nation celebrates Memorial Day today, I wanted to take a quick moment to honor our veterans and men and women in uniform.

Our troops exemplify the kind of brave and selfless leadership that has made our country great.

It’s a humbling experience to serve the people of Ohio, knowing that it's our men and women in uniform who have kept America’s experiment in self-government alive over the centuries.

As the representative for Ohio’s First District, I will always fight to ensure our troops and veterans receive the support and care they deserve after sacrificing so much for our country.

So to all of those who have answered the call to serve our country, thank you for your service. I wish you and your loved ones a restful Memorial Day weekend!
