Mitch McConnell may be evil (he is), but he’s not stupid.

In an interview with Politico this month about 2024 Senate races, McConnell said, "It's important to continue to say you want 51. There’s nothing wrong with getting more, but 51 gives you control. And I think that's going to be really important, no matter who's elected president."

Then he spelled out his top targets in his fight to get Republicans back in control of the Senate: "We know where we’re going to play for sure right now: Montana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland.”

Don’t let McConnell do it. Abortion rights, Social Security, and our democracy overall are at stake.
