Friend,

Rodriguez v. San Jose - a key CGF Second Amendment case - is officially headed to conference at the U.S. Supreme Court this month.

This pivotal litigation challenges the State's interpretation of the scope of your right to keep and bear arms.

Under a Ninth Circuit ruling, you have the right to own a firearm, but police can seize it and outright refuse to return it.

Send This Case To SCOTUS

Worse, the Ninth Circuit says that as long as you can buy another firearm after a seizure, your rights have not been violated.

That's why Rodriguez is one of the most important Second Amendment cases in the nation.

And the Supreme Court will now decide whether to hear our case.

Send This Case To SCOTUS

Friend, it is MISSION CRITICAL that SCOTUS agrees to hear CGF's case. And we need your help to make sure they do.

If the Ninth Circuit's ruling stands, Governments across California could use the precedent to justify sweeping gun confiscations.

So please help CGF make sure SCOTUS hears this case by making a tax-deductible contribution.

Send This Case To SCOTUS

Chip in $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can. If you do, you will send a strong message to SCOTUS that they must hear this case.

Sincerely,

California Gun Rights Foundation
