Dear John,
I'm excited to introduce to you a new way to raise funds for Population Matters. You can now donate to us without it costing you a penny by saving and sending us your used postage stamps.
All kinds of stamps are welcome, on or off the envelope, UK or overseas, new or used, marked or unmarked. We want them all!
Simply cut or carefully tear around the postage stamp from the used envelope, leaving about a centimetre around the stamp and taking care to avoid damage. Once you have a collection of stamps (no more than will fit in a standard envelope), please pop them in the post and send them to us, making sure your envelope is marked FREEPOST, to:

This fantastic fundraising idea was brought to us by one of our very own supporters. Shamin Malik from Greenfield, Oldham, UK, who suggested we collect and recycle stamps as a source of fundraising during our recent [Spring Action Month]([link removed]). We are always keen to hear from our supporters and what a brilliant idea Shamin has had! If you have any similar fundraising ideas, please do drop me a line or give me a call.
As ever, thank you for your interest in and support of for Population Matters.
With very best regards,
Anthony HowarthFundraising Officer
