Dear A.,
Millions of Israelis in Tel Aviv and across central Israel rushed to bomb shelters this afternoon as Hamas launched a barrage of rockets from Rafah at the country. As the IDF presses into Rafah, the terror group is relying on its remaining stash of long-range rockets to indiscriminately target Israeli civilians.
Iron Dome intercepted multiple rockets over Israeli cities.

Benny Gantz said "The rocket fire from Rafah proves that the IDF must operate anywhere Hamas is present, and that is what will happen."
"The world must know: Whoever holds our hostages captive, whoever fires at our cities, whoever promotes terror – they are responsible...We will hold all of them to account, sooner or later."
Speaking to Israeli soldiers in Rafah today, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said the IDF's goals "have become much clearer here in Rafah — to eliminate Hamas, bring back the hostages and maintain freedom of action."
74% of Americans support an Israeli operation in Rafah to root out Hamas in its final stronghold, and America must continue to stand with our ally as it fights to destroy the terrorists and protect its families.

Iran's terror army in Lebanon has bombarded Israeli towns in the north with rocket and missile fire, with attacks nearly every day since October. The IDF has eliminated more than 300 Hezbollah operatives as it fights to push the terror group back from the border and enable 70,000 displaced Israelis to return to their homes.

a cache of rocket and missile parts inside a school.
“This is further proof of the Hamas terror organization’s cynical use of civilian infrastructure for terror purposes, while using the civilian population as a human shield,” the IDF said.
Below is a photo of the weapons found inside the school.

Mothers of Israeli teenagers held hostage by Hamas speak out
The mothers of Israeli hostages Karina Ariev, Liri Albag, Naama Levy, and Daniella Gilboa are speaking out after showing the world the horrific video of Hamas kidnapping and torturing their daughters on October 7.
"Even in the most dreadful war movies, I didn't see that kind of look," Daniella's mother Orly says after seeing the footage.
Karina's mother Ira still can't bring herself to watch the full video, but saw images of Karina being kidnapped when they were published earlier this year. "Her bloody face, covered with a white sheet, and I saw her look and I couldn't bear that look...Your girl is there alone and you cannot help, you cannot do anything."
"They are raped, it could be every day - and it's been 8 months already."
