Despite being an incumbent, progressive champion Rep. Jamaal Bowman is the underdog in his June Democratic primary. First, AIPAC’s super PAC United Democracy Project dropped nearly $2 million in a week's worth of ads attacking Jamaal and supporting his conservative opponent, George Latimer.

Now, UDP is up to $5.9 million in reserved ad spending in New York’s 16th congressional district — the most they’ve EVER spent in a single race.

With help from AIPAC’s Republican megadonors and other dark money groups, outside spending for Latimer is now over 20 times more than the amount being spent in support of Jamaal. That’s a problem.

Between now and the June 25th primary, AIPAC’s network will flood the airwaves of NY-16 with lies and misinformation to smear Jamaal while claiming Latimer will fight MAGA extremists as he takes money from them.

Latimer may have a bigger war chest thanks to AIPAC’s right-wing millionaire and billionaire donors, but we have you: the people.

We overcame the odds to elect Jamaal and other members of the Squad before, and we can do it again this June if enough people chip in what they can when they can.
