Donald Trump just signed an updated version of his Muslim ban.
But don't let the second attempt ruin your first impression, Samuel
-- this ban is just as discriminatory and un-American as the last one.
Donald Trump's hateful, disgraceful Muslim ban goes against our
core values as Americans. Add your name and join me to denounce

This ban, like the last one, is unconstitutional. You
don't have to take my word for it, Samuel -- just ask the multiple
federal courts that ruled against it the first time.
You would think that Trump might have taken a few minutes after that
to read the Constitution. (I'd suggest starting with Article III for a refresher
on the role of the judicial branch, and then move on to what the First
Amendment says about freedom of religion.)
Instead, he's slapping a fresh coat of paint on an old, discriminatory
policy.
I'm confident the courts will rule against Donald Trump again soon.
