Climate change is a clear and present danger at our doorstep — but you wouldn’t know it from the way Republican AGs are acting. 

They’ve just sued California and the Biden administration over new emission limits for trucks, some of the largest sources of greenhouse gas emissions in our country. 

GOP leaders continue to deny facts, ignore science, and do NOTHING in the face of one of the biggest existential threats we’re facing, and time is running out. 

It seems like every year is the new hottest year on record. Catastrophic natural disasters like hurricanes, tornados, wildfires, and floods are happening more and more frequently. And we’re simply not prepared. 

It's no secret that Republican AGs prioritize protecting big polluters over the health, safety, and security of their constituents. On the flip side, Democratic AGs are fighting climate change using every tool at their disposal. They’re holding polluters accountable, taking action to help boost the EPA’s regulation of harmful chemicals, and fighting back against GOP attacks on clean water access.
