Our state of Colorado is home to one of the most extreme, reckless, and wildly out-of-touch Republican Parties in the nation. And that’s saying something.

This week, they officially called for all parents to pull their kids out of public school, in service to a hateful and baseless conspiracy theory targeting transgender youth.

Meanwhile, Axios reports that the Party chairman has begun a new “purify and purge” campaign to ensure that every single person who belongs to it is 100% devoted to Donald Trump.

And this is all on top of supporting an all-out abortion ban, calling Colorado’s election results fraudulent, and appearing in a video with self-described white nationalists.

I need to be clear about this: the CO GOP would like nothing better than to defeat me. If we lose this race, it’ll be to a far-right extremist handpicked by a Republican Party that, almost every week, seems to find a new way to debase itself with its cruelty.

I’m committed to fighting back against extremism, making progress for the regular families whose needs Washington often ignores, and bringing sound leadership to our community. Will you help me keep up that work and ensure that the CO GOP doesn’t gain a foothold here in CO-07?
