Samuel, if you have a friend or loved one who has ever been sick
and relied on insurance to cover the cost of their medical care, I
need you to take action right now.

Unless we stop them, House Republicans are about to vote again to
repeal Obamacare and replace it with something much, much worse.

One of the most important and most valuable provisions of the
Affordable Care Act is its protection for people with pre-existing
conditions. The law prohibits insurance companies from raising the
costs of your care simply because you're sick.

The GOP wants to gut that protection.

That means that, if you get sick, your insurance company can raise
your premiums -- even if that means you can't afford the insurance
anymore.

It's immoral, and there's a damn good reason the Affordable Care Act
made it illegal. But if the GOP gets their way, millions of Americans
could suddenly find themselves unable to afford insurance, with no way
to pay for hospital bills or insurance. People could die.

The only thing that will stop this is if we raise our voices against it.
