We're celebrating a victory in our nation's capital!

Judge Howell of the U.S. District Court for D.C. ordered the
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) to accept and
run four bus advertisements that had been unconstitutionally rejected.

WMATA had denied these ads from our client, WallBuilders, a Texas
non-profit organization that seeks to educate people about the role
that Christian faith played in the creation of our nation and the
drafting of the U.S. Constitution.

One bus ad that WallBuilders created shows our founding father George
Washington with the question "Christian?" written across
the front.

A similar ad depicts a well-known painting of the signing the U.S.
Constitution posing the same question. The original painting hangs in
the U.S. Capitol.

This is a great win for free speech in America. We're excited
that the court ruled that WMATA's actions were blatantly against
our First Amendment and issued a preliminary injunction for our
client.

However, the opinion leaves some questions unanswered, and we have
more to do to make sure that WallBuilders gets a complete win in
court.

We won't stand down from this fight until we see this victory to
the finish line.

But we need your help to make sure that our First Freedom is being
protected in our nation's capital.

Will you join us in the fight for free speech in D.C. so that
religious liberty can be fully protected for all Americans?
