Right now, we're seeing extremism in our politics like never before. Just this week, Trump released a video with the words “Unified Reich,” and Louisiana passed yet another draconian bill to restrict medication abortion – a prelude to the kind of legislation MAGA Republicans want to pass nationwide.

As someone who was raised by a dad who was a Democrat and my Republican grandparents, I understand the importance of finding common ground. But when our democracy itself is under attack, we must act.

I'm running for Congress to bring our communities together and strengthen our democracy, not tear us apart with divisive rhetoric and legislation. I believe that we can achieve real results for our communities by standing strong for our values and working together. From restoring federal protections for abortion rights to safeguarding voting rights, addressing the climate crisis, and so much more, I'm committed to leaving a better future for generations to come.
