This Easter Sunday looks quite a bit different than
how any of us thought it would, just a few weeks ago.

We thought we’d
be going to church to celebrate the Risen Savior and gathering with
extended family and loved ones afterwards.

Instead, we are all
staying home, doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19.

During
these trying times, my family and I are looking more and more towards
Jesus and remembering His promises to not abandon nor forsake us.

Peter 2:24 says, “He himself bore our sins' in his body on the cross, so
that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; 'by his wounds you
have been healed.'"

I hope that you’re able to take some time on this
blessed day to remember and reflect on the grace of the Lord. Let us all
pray that we get through this crisis together and come out the other
side stronger and better than ever.
