We're going to rip the bandaid right off, team, Democracy took a major blow yesterday:

“The Supreme Court's new voting rights decision is a love letter to gerrymandering” – Vox

The Supreme Court’s ruling in Alexander v. South Carolina State Conference of the NAACP reversed a lower court’s finding of a stark racial gerrymander in the Palmetto State’s congressional map.

This sets a dangerous precedent — not just for the voices of voters in South Carolina — but across the country. This decision silences voters and can enable bad actors to blatantly disregard the constitution. It’s shameful.

And while we’re gutted by the decision in Alexander, we’re already mobilizing our grassroots team to hold gerrymanderers accountable — and we’re counting on you to join us.

Can you rush a donation to All On The Line today to help organize and respond to the Supreme Court’s shameful ruling in South Carolina and advocate for fair maps across the country? → [link removed]
