TDI proposes amendments concerning TWIA umpire and mediator roster information

The Texas Department of Insurance proposes amendments to 28 TAC §5.4215 and §5.4233 to change the information included on the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association umpire and mediator roster application forms. The changes implement Senate Bill 510, which created new categories of confidential information for state agencies.
