Join us on Saturday, May 25, at 11:00 AM for a free talk about hummingbirds at Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge. You may even wish to come early and take a self-guided walk around the refuge before the program. Attendees will learn about the Ruby-throated Hummingbird, the only hummingbird in Northern Virginia. The instructor will cover the unique features of hummingbirds, as well as specific information about the Ruby-throated Hummingbird, including migration, mating, nesting, and fledging.
