** Memorial Day
------------------------------------------------------------

On Monday, we’ll remember not only the brave men and women who lost their lives in the line of duty, but their families and friends who supported their service. Their resilience and strength is an inspiration to us all.

As you enjoy the holiday weekend, please join us in honoring the courage and sacrifice of those in the U.S. Armed Forces.

** Rural Utah matters
------------------------------------------------------------

We were honored to receive the 2024 Rural Champion Award this week at the Six County Association of Governments event in Richfield.

Rural Utah is my home and making sure residents in every part of the state have access to opportunities is a top priority of our administration. From building a first-of-its-kind Agric-Park to moving state jobs to rural areas, we’ll keep working to support our rural communities!

** Crossroads of the World Summit
------------------------------------------------------------

Hundreds gathered at the Crossroads of the World International Trade Summit this week to gain insights on global markets, business trends and Utah’s unique ability to lead.

Grateful to welcome former President George W. Bush, former President of Mexico Vicente Fox, former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, former President of Senegal Macky Sall, Ambassador Jeffry Flake and so many other local and national leaders to the Beehive State!

** South Utah County Police Department visits
------------------------------------------------------------

Our law enforcement community in Utah County has been greatly impacted by recent events. This week, Lt. Gov. Henderson visited several of the southern county police departments and the Sheriff's Office to bring them donuts, express our gratitude for their service and to make sure they are receiving all the help and support they need for the coming weeks. See photos here ([link removed]) .

** South Valley Services fundraiser
------------------------------------------------------------

Our administration has been prioritizing support for domestic violence victims and services. Lt. Gov. Henderson recently spoke at the breakfast fundraiser for South Valley Services to discuss the statewide implementation of the Lethality Assessment Protocol, which she helped to establish. Thank you for your leadership, LG!

Thanks, Braylynn, for sharing your Utah Home story!
