Hi John,
We are super excited to share that the California Democratic Party had our Executive Board Meeting last weekend, and we now have our official delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago!
California sends the biggest delegation of any state to the Democratic Convention, and our delegation is almost always the most diverse. Meet the delegates who will make history by nominating President Biden and Vice President Harris for a second time at this year’s Democratic National Convention: ⬇️

• Supporting the Freedom to Marry ballot initiative;
• Keeping the law to prohibit new oil and gas wells near homes, schools and hospitals; and
• Opposing the initiative that prevents employees from suing their employer for wage theft.
This is in stark contrast to the California Republican Party who spent last week hosting South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, a proud Trump extremist who is cheering on his campaign to roll back rights and freedoms for millions of Americans.
Now it’s time to take all this positive energy to the critical elections across our state *and* all the way to the Democratic National Convention!
And you better believe, as the homestate of Vice President Kamala Harris, we will bring the party to Chicago!
More soon,
- The California Democratic Party
P.S. Will you help keep our incredible momentum going by pitching in a grassroots contribution today? We’re actively working to fund Democrats in as many toss-up races as possible (including critical battleground U.S. House seats) and every donation expands our mobilization program! [[link removed]]

Our Democratic leaders are working hard to make California a better place to live. From fighting for good-paying jobs, combating climate change, to expanding healthcare access so all Californians can lead safe, healthy, prosperous lives — California’s Democratic leaders turn progressive ideas into meaningful action.
