Mark your calendars, John: Donald Trump and Joe Biden are set to debate on June 27.

Four years ago, Donald Trump lost two debates to Joe Biden. Like the sore loser that he is, he hasn’t shown up to one since.

If he does decide to show up on June 27, I’m confident that Joe Biden will have no shortage of topics to cover.

As much as Donald Trump wants to turn the page on his failed presidency, we must continue to remind voters that he was the architect of the repeal of Roe v. Wade, he remains a threat to our democracy, and he does not belong in office.

When Joe Biden gets up on stage, it won’t just be us against Donald Trump and his MAGA acolytes. This election is about so much more than that.

It will be about right versus wrong. It will be about respect versus retribution. It will be about democracy versus authoritarianism.
