Conservative groups aim to use an 1873 law to virtually end abortions nationwide
April 8, 2024

I can't stop thinking about this headline, John.

Republicans' "Project 2025" – their blueprint for if Trump wins – suggests using the 1873 Comstock Act to force abortion pills off the market as well as ban mailing birth control and medical equipment used in abortion care.

I didn't risk my life in combat for my and your freedom over our own bodies to be stripped away like this.

Brian Fitzpatrick's Republican party has made it clear exactly who they think should control our bodies – them, not us.

I won't stand for it, and I hope you won't either, John. Let's defeat Fitzpatrick, restore Roe, and make sure WE are the only ones controlling our bodies. Pitch in $10 or more to help me get it done >>

Republicans keep telling us over and over and over again where they stand on abortion.

Last month when the Arizona state supreme court revived an 1864 abortion ban. We KNOW Speaker Mike Johnson – who Brian Fitzpatrick voted for as Speaker – is a big fan of passing a national abortion ban.

Maya Angelou said, "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time." Well, Brian Fitzpatrick and his fellow Republicans have now shown us HUNDREDS of times.

Let's show them who we are: proudly pro-choice and ready to defend our reproductive freedom. Please pitch in to send me, a proven pro-choice fighter – to Congress.
