We can’t afford to let Eric Hovde and his out-of-state allies continue to outspend us on the airwaves and dominate the narrative in this race. This race is a dead 50-50 tie according to a recent poll, so we can’t let their attacks go unanswered.

But TV ads aren’t cheap. They’re one of the most expensive line items on any campaign’s budget.

Unlike my opponent’s campaign, running more ads isn’t as easy for us as cutting my campaign a seven-figure check like Hovde did last quarter.

Our grassroots fundraising determines how much our campaign can spend and where we can spend it. We increased our May fundraising goal so that we could respond to the GOP’s ad blitz in Wisconsin, and I’m relying on you to help us close the gap.
