The progressive movement owes Senator Bernie Sanders a huge debt of gratitude. Policies that were often dismissed by the mainstream media as “too radical” - such as Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, and a living wage - are now at the center of Democratic debate. Bernie may have dropped out of the race this week, but thanks to him, our progressive movement is stronger than ever - and we have already accomplished so much together.

Bernie understands that young people are the future of our country. The grassroots movement he built will continue to inspire the next generation of diverse leaders to stand up and organize for a better future for workers and families. We are in this together to stand for economic, racial, social, and environmental justice for all.

As Bernie says - real change never takes place from the top on down. It always takes place from the bottom up.
