Dear Friend of Liberty,
Imagine a world where if you stand up against unfair treatment, you risk losing everything—your dignity, your reputation, and even your job! Unfortunately, this is precisely what happened to Danielle Johnson at her workplace, Oregon's Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
DEQ wanted to institute "DEI" principles in hiring that would give preferences in hiring based on skin color. When Danielle raised valid concerns about the legality of these practices, DEQ retaliated against her.
They slashed her paycheck, called her a racist in company-wide e-mails, demoted her, and dragged her through a baseless investigation.
It's abhorrent, unconstitutional behavior. And if we allow this to continue, woke proponents of DEI will only grow stronger.
Danielle has stood up to fight back. We ask for anyone who supports her fight against DEI to sign this petition of support.
By signing this petition, you can send a clear message to DEQ and other organizations engaging in similar practices: discrimination against those who speak out is illegal.
Your signature is crucial in supporting Danielle's fight against unfair retaliation, and in defending the rights of individuals across the country. Without our intervention, any law-abiding citizen could be the next target.
